The four certification areas cover US History, Political Science, Civics, Economics, Comparative Political Systems, European History, World History, Poetry, Oratory, Theatre, Film History, Television Production, Film Making, Journalism, Radio, Multi-Media, Computer Animation, Visual Basic, Software Applications, C++, Java, HTML, Business, Business Law, Business Ethics, Marketing, Accounting, Keyboarding, Audio Visual and Pascal. 

Teaching CISCO was covered by four additional certificates which were issued by directly CISCO and the Allegheny Intermediate Unit.

In 2006 I was fortunate enough to join 120 other educators at the Governor's Institute for Arts Educators

There I assisted in designing an interdisciplinary unit of instruction combining the work of art students with students learning to design computer networks.
