Budgets ranged from $ 500 to over $ 20,000 for each commercial. 

This Reel was Originally Compiled for an Job Interview with NASA's Classroom of the Future Program. Mr. Specter was one of two finalists out of over 500 applications.

Mr. Specter did the computer animation on the front of the reel in Lightwave on his VideoToaster system.
